Haven't stayed there but have seen them when exploring serviced apartments earlier last year. They seemed ok but I didn't like the neighbourhood. But like most property in KSA, online opinions are extremely varied and information availability is limited or not accurate. Have a look in person when on the ground - don't do a long term booking without satisfying yourself that this is what you want.
