Your landlord will provide an agreement which both of you will sign.  And that is it.

Your question is not specific, if its a room no need to get into an agreement but its an apartment you have to contact the landlord and sign an agreement usually for one year period. If the electricity and water is not included with the rent, you have to go to the EWA  of your area and obtain a EWA connection on your name. You will be required to produce IBAN account number and CPR at that time with a refundable deposit of BD100.
Its not a difficult job but you have to spend a day to get these things done.

Ah okay. I thought we might need to sign the agreement in front of a lawyer.
