How to follow up with LHDN for tax return and tax clearance letter?

Hi All,
Recently I moved back to India after 7 months of work in KL. While returning I submitted forms for tax return in Menara Olympia, Jalan Raja Chulan, Kuala Lumpur .

I submitted tax documents in LHDN Menara Olympia, Jalan Raja Chulan, Kuala Lumpur in Nov-2018 and they we're assured that I will get tax clearance/acknowledgement withing 14 working days. But I didn't get any response before I leave Malaysia. Almost after one month I'm writing this post how to reach them because I don't have any email I'd to contact them .

Please suggest me what can I do now?

You can find some contacts (email and phone) on the LHDN website. You may need to try a few times but they do respond and send a refund. My husband had to wait after quitting his job in Feb, until the year after to file his tax returns for the previous year. Then had to chase with some emails to get the refund and it was successful.
