Hi all,
I've recently moved to Osaka.....and I'm slightly embarrassed to say, but I'm a little stressed about my hair. I have very straight, fine, blonde hair (dyed from mousy brown!) and was wondering if anyone has any good hairdresser recommendations....particularly hairdressers with experience with European type hair and some English language skills? I'm living in Sumiyoshi area....but will travel far and wide for a good stylist 
I've read a whole range of reviews- but most are very mixed and I just don't know which one to go to. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated
