Final Exit through Causeway

My daughter is leaving on final exit via Bahrain. I was told that we cannot travel through causeway due to final exit from Saudi.
She is holding Canadian passport and I am taking her a day or two before her flight.
Please advise whether this is possible or we have to fly to Bahrain?

My daughter is final exit too, having stayed an extra two weeks much to the concern of her company😂She is final exit via causeway, she is able to as a British citizen . She is using BA limo service for 382 SARS , or she could use her reg. Taxi service.
