I am new here. I am aiming for a 3-month course of Sience Communication in Laxenburg.
Aside from course fee, I will get a 4000 Euro stipend for 3 months. I want to ask if it is enough for living, housing, transportation...
And if not, how much should I prepare?

You can live on that, but don't expect to be partying every weekend 
I would set aside €500 on top of the €4000 just for emergency use.
