Everyday routine

I am an architect from Europe and I might be designing apartment buildings in Dubai.
As I am not that familiar with the climate, I would like to know the everyday routine. At what time usualy people leave for work? Are they at work, home or somewhere else during the hottest time of the day? At what time they are home from work? And are the habits different in summer then winter (due to the weather)?

Would really appreciate the help.

Hello,

Summer in Dubai is extremely hot, however summer time comes along with celebration of the Holy month of Ramadan as well. When Ramadan starts, there are special timings of working hours for the office workers and management workers basically some starts at 8am till 3pm or 9am untill 3pm for 1 month. By law those who are working at the construction sites or field as laborers / engineers etc. will work until 12 in the afternoon. And resume evening time depends on the projects. Summer in Dubai is tolerable and enjoyable but don't forget suncreen with you and drink lots of water God Bless!
