Anyone know where I can weigh my luggage around Ho Chi Minh area except the airport?
I'm booking a ticket and I would like to know how much prepaid luggage I need to pay (since it's cheaper to buy prepaid).

If you travel much I suggest buying one you can carry with you. Available at travel stores, maybe luggage stores. Around $10.

I always use bathroom scale. Since I weigh myself regularly, I always have one in every place we live. Everything we own has to serve more than one purpose, and bathroom scale has never failed us in luggage weighing.
