Applying for a Student visa IN Budapest?

Hi all,
My name is Mahtab, and I've been admitted to a course at CEU starting from September.
However, I need to travel to Schengen area two months earlier to take part in two summer schools. Regarding the time consuming procedure of visa application, I might be short on time to apply for student visa while I'm in Iran. My question is, Would it be possible to come to Budapest using the visa I'll have taken for my summer schools and then apply for a student residential permit directly in Budapest?
Your advice will be very determining in my plans

Yes, it is possible.
Anyhow, we get a short period visa to enter in Hungary. So don't worry it is possible.
Usually, students are allowed to enter the country before one month.

Yes you can change apply for Study or work residence while you coming and still have schengen visa inBudapest.***
