As someone replied to you in another thread, there are few apartments in DL. The condos on Yersin do have some rentals, but everyone I know who's lived there moved out as soon as the lease is up.
Houses are going to be quieter (no shared walls).
If you want very quiet as you would get in your home country, you're in the wrong place.
