Relocating to Coronado Panama from Canada

Post new topic

Hello,
We are seeking feedback from others who have taken this leap, particularly with children.  Any feedback on experiences with the schools on the Coronado area would be most appreciated.

Hello!
We are also a young family with 2 kids from Ontario, Canada looking to relocated to the same area in Panama. I would like to follow this post as we too are looking for great schools in the area. We did find one that looks great at the Coronado International School. Here is their website: http://www.corointschool.edu.pa/tuition-and-fees/

When are you looking to make the big move? How old are your children?

Cheers!
Kristen

We are also Cdn., retired.  So many canadians, and american's who
come here with kids, with big dreams,  go back after a couple of years,
almost bankrupt.  There are enough challenges here, without kids,
with kids, I believe it is a completely a different kettle of fish.  I would
really do some soul searching to the true motive.  If you are independently
wealthy, well then it might work out.  Hate to burst your bubble, yes,
we like it here part-time, but not without issues, which are manageable
for us, but bringing kids into the mix, personally, I would look for other
options.  How about just Saskatchewan, or Manitoba??.  Very different
from Ontario.
