Will Emigration Department allow me to work legally?

hello everyone,
i am from Georgia Republic, we have visa-free travel with Shengen, if i will go to Norway with out visa and I will sign the contract with the company, will Emigration Department allow me to work legally?

Is your country in the EU?  Visa free is only for  visiting usually.   If you are not from EU and managed to get a job,  depending on your qualifications (degree or above) ,  you can apply for skilled worker permit.

In any case you can't sign a contract with a Schengen visa. If you find unformally a company ready to employ you, you will must go back in Norway and ask a worker visa at the Norwegian Embassy in Tbilissi or the closest.

Not true.  I came to Norway using travel visa to attend a meeting in oslo.  Then I got offer a job and right there and then,  I applied for work visa in Norway.
