I am wondering if anyone can help me with getting in contact with the Suma office in Los Alcazares.
I found an email address on their web site but no one has responded.
I have had to pay my abogado unreasonable amounts simply to arrange payments annually and wish to arrange this myself to pay by installments. It is particularly frustrating as I have owned the apartment for 10 years and still haven't got anywhere with this.

Did you take into consideration the Christmas/new year/ 3 Kings holidays ? Maybe that is why you did not get a reply.
