Cost Of Living in the Canary Islands

No heating Bills, no air-conditioning bills, 90 cents a litre, 74 cents a litre fuel for vehicle on the larger isles. Beer 1.50€ a jarra, rates electricity, car testing, public transport, all cheaper. My home now is here, El Hierro,  I used to live in the North of England, I visited some weeks ago, I had to take out a mortgage to buy a round of drinks.
