Am yash from Mauritius. After living 5 years in ireland and 4 years in London UK am finding it hard to live in my home country. It's getting harder as i am not able to move out with no big qualifications. My question is is it possible to move to canada with leaving cert , a couple of FETAC certificates and work experience???

Not so easy. If you have Canadian qualifications in areas with high demand, you might get lucky. Qualifications from USA/Australia/South Africa/ UK have some standing. The rest is garbage as far as Canada is concerned.
