Do you mean badminton? Shuttlecock is the name of the feathered 'ball' in badminton, so I'm guessing this is what you mean?
Anyway, I don't know of any badminton courts. Maybe some compounds have them, but not sure if there are any public courts around Jubail. I think it can be played anywhere where you can set up a net, so probably in the parks or by the Corniche it should be possible.
