It depends on your criteria of the place in your mind and on your income . Here the practice for average salaries in the range of up to AED 4K - 5 K monthly is to live in a sharing room . Normally nationalities dictate the co tenants .
Also the majority selects their accommodation near Metro stations to avail from cheap transport .
