Plenty more jobs in Manilla (legally) than Malaysia. You sound like you could never get an employment pass so would have to be employed as a foreign worker. These are almost always employed via agents back home (who skim a lot off the top).
Though as Malaysians hate 3D work (dirty, dangerous or demeaning) call centre work has lots of foreign workers in them as it is low paid and demeaning. But not sure you can just apply but worth a try. You won't be building a career but if your aim is just to work overseas and you are young it is, what it is. A means of paying the bills while experiencing life.
