Rugby in Rio

Hi everyone
I was wondering if anyone knows where you can play rugby in rio for a bit of fun? I've noticed a set of rugby posts have appeared on Copacabana beach but I haven't seen anyone playing there yet. I live in zona sul so do you know if there are any teams close by? I tried to search online but I'm not great with my Portugues so couldn't make any sence of it.
