just one more question in submitting documents.. do i have to submit a notarized certified true copy of my passport? or just a copy of my passport will do?

According to a friend who is not very active here and knows more knowledge about the process so i need to credit that this is not from me since i only know the process if applying from inside Norway this is what she said:

if you are outside norway you need to have a certified/notarized copy of your documents. But if you are here in norway you can have the kommune,nav,poiliti or any public institution to certify that your documents including your passport are true copies

Reminder this is based on our experience so we can state 100% what is right or wrong. I hope previous members here who have applied will be willing to share so you will gsin more info
