Amazon will ship here, but somethings they will not ship. Shipping costs are also insane.

You could get a Shop & Ship account from Aramex or similar and then can buy pretty much anything from Amazon then send it to a PO Box that they redirect to you. Takes about 1 week once it hits the po box. They give you addresses from around the world to use. Shipping is based on size & weight so it gets pricey as well, but faster & more reliable delivery.

Use Skype at least once a week to the US with no problem, unless our internet connection sucks that day.

Saudi Post is very unreliable. I have multiple cards that have been mailed in the US that have never made it here or can take up to 6 months....
