Being a muslim does not alter the time it takes to become a citizen. If you marry a Ghanaian girl you can get a residents permit as a spouse but she has to prove she can support you as you are not allowed to work. If you set up a business together you can apply for a work permit as an employee of that business.
To get citizenship you need to have lived in Ghana for at least 5 years.
