Hello, i would like to get some information is it possible for an overseas person to get work permit for Sint Maarten, and what would be the procedure for that kind of action?
You have to already have a job and your employer must apply for and pay for the work permit. You cannot be on the island while this is being done. It is time consuming and nearly impossible to get one.
