What are the formalities to get married in Sint Maarten? Is it the same for a couple of foreigners of for a mixed couple (between a foreigner and a native of Sint Maarten)?
Are the procedures complicated?
How long does it take to carry out all the formalities?

I think the best thing is to email the immigration authorities in Sint Maarten and they can tell you all the requirements. you can google them
