We are finally all settled, it only took 2+ years, lol.
I would like to find a personal trainer and get back on the weights and treadmill!
I am still far from fluent on my Spanish so I would like and English speaking trainer at this point.
We live in David, Chiriqui, does anyone have any suggestions or experience with trainers in my area?
I look forward to hearing back from you.

There are a few gyms around town. I think Total Gym is the best known http://www.paginasamarillas.com.pa/empr … d-15777921 Maybe they can point you in the right direction. I'm not sure about English speakers though.
