Women's fitness swimming in Khobar

Hi. I'm looking for a place to do serious lap swimming in Khobar, without having to pay more than 500 R per month. There are some other threads on this topic, but they are at least 2 years old. Please help. This is the only type of exercise I can be serious about!

Okay. So I found a place. It's about SAR800 per month, but worth every penny. Astralis Spa at Saad Hospital.

I swim 1km daily on my compound Oasis Gardens while listening to music. Bliss. There are 3 25m lap pools. I love swimming...

Hi enjangu,

I am intrested in joining the spa will be arriving in Khobar next week. Now do they allow you to pay this monthly or must you do it for all for a certain amount of months or an entire year?

Also does this include just pool access or is it some type of gym spa membership?
