Hi,

I am in the process of finalizing a job offer to work in Sao Paolo and I am hoping that someone will help by advising in regard of the salary expectations for middle OR upper Facilities or Property Management jobs in Brazil, and the average cost of living for a single man, please.
It is also worrying me to hear about the high crime rate in Brazil, I do not want to believe everything I hear in the news but I would like to hear from you please if it is really this dangerous?.

Your reply would be appreciated.

Thank you,
Louie

James

If the job offer pays anywhere around R$7000 per month then you should be able to live well.

No major city in the world is SAFE, São Paulo is no different. If you follow the common sense safety tips contained in the following posting then you should be fine.
