Ohio has many staffing agencies such as Staffmark, Peoplelink, Spherion, Manpower, and Adecco. Staffing Agencies are pretty much the only way to get into a factory now. You start off making less than people who are hired directly into the company, but you can get hired in after a 90 day probationary period if management thinks you are qualified enough.

Local newspapers have job wanted ads in the classified sections, but over the last couple years alot of scams have popped up in them.
