Mimi,
we are currently expatriating from the US to Chile. We have purchased land down there. My wife and boys are already there getting settled in. We are really enjoying it thus far. Great weather, cheaper cost of living, no violent crime, fresh fruit and vegetables. It is a great country. Although very different from the US.
