Hi, can anyone help me please. I currently live in the UK and have purchased two existing businesses in Florida. I have applied for my E2 visa but in the meantime i own these operating businesses and need to register for certain things that require either and sometimes both an Employer Identification Number (EIN) or an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN). Can anyone offer advice. I am here in Winter Park with my son for a couple of months over the summer on holiday and it would be good to sort it out while we are here. Thanks, Rebecca

Yes I have looked on the IRS website and tried calling them too but it refers you back to the IRS website!

no need to reply now - we went and sat in line for an hour at the IRS office and they helped us out!!
