Be very, very careful with your dog, there are squads of people who steal them for the restaurants.  Don't ever let him out unsupervised and be very wary taking him out for walks, if you do, do NOT follow a regular schedule.  We have had eight dogs stolen on one block in three years, including two of ours.

The less you know about what happens to them, the better you'll sleep.  Be VERY wary and if you have the dog out and see a pair of motorbikes approaching, get back inside at once.

Yes, we know that vietnamese eat dogs!!!  And they can hunt with motobike.
We are very aware when we go out with our dog and always having an additional leash (we will defence our little dog) if needed.
