I have a netherlands identity card for bepaalde tijd. I am married with a Dutch citizen. I have a work that is permanent. My question is can I buy the house with this kind of Identity or do I have to wait for 5 years before I can buy. Pls help I need to buy house.

I am not sure but if you have a short permit to stay in the Netherlands, I don't think you get a loan easely from the bank to pay the mortgage. Even when you have a job indefinite of time. Or your husband earns enough money to take a mortgage on his salary only.
With the economical crisis the banking sector is very strict to give loans to every one.
My advise will be to wait until you get your residence permit.
Or you can always make an appointment with the bank and hear what their policy are on this subject.
