I know I know I know..I am sure everyone passed by this moment, but I am here with my maps all over my desk trying to figure out at least the location of my job place.

My company offered me a 10 months contract in Bangkok and they kindly gave me also a suggestion for the serviced apt but I am not really happy about it.
I KNOW you can't ad anything here, but maybe could you email me your opinion?

Hello Anitata,

I dont know if you already got the answers for ur Q's.

But here in Bkk, usually apartment rented for 1 year contract, the monthly one is more expensive usually..so which one that u'r looking for?

I used to rent in Silom Road ( near to Sathorn ) for 22,000 THB/month for 1 year. But with that budget, OFCOURSE its not serviced apartment

Hi. I've rented a whole house, 2 story for 20000 baht. It was well at the end of Soi Ari sampan 3 and would take a good 10 minutes walk to then end of the soi to get a tuk tuk or a taxi. But contacts helping it became possible to call a tuktuk, new water bottles and even gas when needed.

I know the thread is old but it might help someone else.
