Can your friend get the visa from the airport when she arrives? I am from the UK and each time I have been to Cairo I got the visa on arrival. Also I will try to find out from the internet and get back to you.

Your friend should ask visa in Egyptian embassy from Nigeria(I supposed is located in Abuja)
That's all!
Nigerian people cannot enter in Egypt buying visa from airport.
