What is the generally weather in Jubail? Is it cold now a days and when it will start getting warm? Do warm clothes are needed for the Jubail area as i heard saudia is very hot country but it looks jubail area is around 17 to 27 no a days. Its reasonable waether. is it stay the same for next few months??

Yes its gonna stay the same ( cool weather ) for the next couple of months and these are the best months for some outdoor activities.
