Hi All,

Due to moving abroad I want to rent out my apartment in Amsterdam. The apartment is available from the 1st of January 2010!

- 1054TN Derde Kostverlorenkade, in the lovely Oud-West area
- 3rd floor
- close to David Lloyd, Overtoom, Rembrandt Park, Vondelpark
- close to tram 1, tram 17, bus 15

- 2 balconies, front and back side
- 2 bedrooms
- 1 livingroom
- American-style, built-in kitchen (with microwave and freezers)
- bathroom (shower, washing machine with dryer, washbasin)
- separate toilet

Details:
- always sunny
- central heating
- fully furnished
- couch, bed, dining table with 4 foutels,
- BBQ on the balcony
- ideal for a couple or 2 friends

Costs:
- 1450 all inclusive (internet, TV, gas, electricity, service costs, etc..)

Given the fact your apartment is only 70 m2, I'd like to point out to you it might not be allowed to ask this price for it. Did you check the points your apartment has? Just give us a call or drop us a mail if you need more information. You can also have a look at eday.nl/woning-aanmelden/ or directly at huurders.info/?id=8362 Here you can do a self check on how many points your apartment has and what maximum rent you can ask.
