if someone asks you the best reasons for making the choice to live and stay in Tanzania, what would be your top 5?

Well, I think you have done already your research , but I would add few points from my own experience:
1. people(very kind )
2. beautiful ocean and beaches
3. relatively safe places
4. good food and good beer
5. no winters:)
