hi. my family abroad wants to rent a portion of land from the philippines to plant some crops to sell outside the philippines. will the government allow us to rent a public land? if so, what offices do we have to contact ? thank you so much for any information available. mabuhay!

thanks john. 3-5 hectares. crops will be castor beans to be sold to china. actually we're planning to find a place somewhere in mindanao (coz there's less flooding), but if there are other places where these crops will be compatible with, we can reconsider. the land must be near beaches/sea..palawan is a great place, lucky you!
