Hey folks
Anyone interested into venturing through the Barcelona streets with me, and try and find rock/blues/jazz bars?
I'm not into noisy disco places, nor into fiesta nights, crowd of people or whatever. Just looking for more or less calm places with good music, where you can enjoy a drink and you don't need to shout at each other to have a decent chat.
Found some places already - but going and have a drink alone sucks big time, and I hardly speak any Spanish, which doesn't really help with meeting people.

Thursday Nights 10:30 till 02:00 ish.

Both places update their facebook pages with bands that are playing. Rock sound has a lot of american rock and blues bands.
Monasterio is my favorite. Try and get down there every thursday if I can. I am a huge rock and blues fan and know when the best bands are playing.
