1- I want to marriage with my Indian b friend. can i come to India with 1 month tourist visa for marriage or not?
2- can my b friend send marriage request from Delhi to India embassy in my country? do they give me visa for 6 months or 1 year? please help me. thnx

@ shila yes you can marry your Indian boy friend in India 
if your coming on tourist visa for one month( need more then 3 months) you need more time to process.
Yes your boyfriend can approach Indian embassy in Iran, then he have to follow rules under Iran culture. (its really tough it take long decades)

I am Canadian and my husband is Indian. We ended up getting married in Thailand. There is not the 30 day residency requirement in Thailand. I will be moving to India to be with my husband.
