Good luck: they assume you are rich and there is a limited choice, in Ha Noi.
There was another post less than a month ago on the very same subject and I listed 10-15 options.
Use the search function to ;locate it.
really useful for me, thk u alot ^____^
The only one that I have direct experience with is "The Olympia Schools".
Trường Phổ thông Liên cấp Olympia
I walked away from the interview impressed with their organization and would certainly recommend them.

Hi guys,
Olympia hey? That is the school right next to my friend's house, in My Dinh. It is also where I met this fellow American expat, from Arizona, who also lives nearby.
Like Teacher Mark, this gentleman raved about the place and even tried to get me to come out there and teach and coach basketball with him. The school is in a very nice part of the city, similar to Phu My Hung in HCMC.
Anna, if you are interested in this school, let me know. I will call that gentleman for you. I am sure he will me more than happy to help you and your sister.
Best wish,
Howie
Hi Teacher Mark,
Is this school accepting foreigner students who are not able to speak vietnamese ?
Regards,
Ginting

PMH was a flood forest which absorbed water from nearby areas.
Now it is a developed area which absorbs water from nearby areas.
Nature is very unforgiving when you mess with her. And the city is sinking ... because of the heavy buildings on unsuitable soil as well as the illegal pumping of ground water.
The city is sinking about a centimetre per year average, which doesn't sound much until it comes in your house.
P.S. Anyone who thinks the canal between Quan 1 and Quan 4 isn't a sewage canal should go down to Uncle Ho's Museum area at night they are dredging the 'mud'. Take something to clip your nose.
