Room for rent in big house, D.5, HCMC - $200/month, no deposit! :)

Hi !

We are 4 very friendly, open-minded and international people sharing a big house in district 5, only 5 min. on foot to dist. 1, 3 and 10.
We are right now one male (german) and three females (vietnamese, korean and danish-french). The atmosphere's good and relaxed, we often chill together but respect eachother's privacy!
The house itself is quite sizeable, located in a very nice, calm and safe neighbourhood - yet close to many shops. Pham Ngu Lao is actually only 15 minutes away on foot!

The house is cosy and confortable - it has one big living room, a very spacious and convenient kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a flowery terrace on the rooftop and is fully equiped with cable TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, fans, washing machine, a spot to park the motorbikes... and a few cats roaming about, which we happen to harbour!

So here's the deal - we are short of a housemate from the 12th of september, and have a vacant room waiting to be occupied by a friendly, reliable person
It has a fan, air-conditioning, a queen-sized bed, a closet, a shelf, a mirror... and can easily contain a desk
The pictures will speak for themselves!
You will share the bathroom with one person.















The rent is $200 a month, which we pay on the 12th every two months. There's no deposit required, but you'll need to be able to pay $400 up front, for september-november.

As for the utilities - we split them evenly, but it doesn't usually amount to more than $25-30 a month per person, and that includes having a lady coming in once a week to clean the common rooms

I believe all has been said, but questions can always pop-up, and you're more than welcome to ask away if needed
