hello i am ebrima from the gambia.umm in the gambia about pregnancy is ok here, when you are pregnant there are enough hospitals,and private clinics who can assist you in your delivery or checkups, we have enough medicines expecially in the private sector, so pregnancy here is very normal you can get good food for yourself and the baby and very good medical care too.
