It depends on size, age, location and facilities.
One bedroom places are rare and expensive, start at maybe S$2500/month.
Simple two bedroom HDBs can be had from S$2000 and above.
If you want a convenient location and/or facilities, budget S$3000/month.

Again depends on your lifestyle. Some people survive on S$300/month per person, others (especially those who like to wine and dine) spend thousands.
Eating simple local food at a hawker centre is cheaper than cooking yourself.

Among the best in the world.
Check gothere.sg for time and cost of any trip.

Starting salary for a fresh graduate is S$2400-2800/month. With experience you can ask for more, but how much depends on your industry, skills fit and negotiating position.

Good luck!
