hello.i wanted to know that is there any school or colleges or universities in france which are providing english course of computer hardware repairing.and please also tell me is there computer hardware repairing jobs are avaliable in france.

Hi,
Unfortunately, you won't find a course like that in English, only in French.
The only classes you can do in English are in big universities for degree courses. That or the British/American universities which are very expensive.
What you want is a short course, which would not be available in English.
Maybe you should consider studying in the UK.
