ATM card for tourists

I see Timo bank says it does that online. Is that a reality or just advertising ?

What currency are you holding? (VND?)

Is it in cash, or in a bank in Cambodia?

Are you talking about saving the cost of fees, or did you mean an interest bearing "saving" account?

Also, you have previously posted that you are a UK citizen, but your profile here is for a citizen of Cambodia.
