NCEES FS/PS

Hi, all. I've been a little confused about the NCEES tests. NCEES says a person can take the FS and PS tests at Saudi Council of Engineers, but SCE says they only do FE and PE testing. Does anyone know why this is? Could the surveying testing only be available at one location and I contacted the wrong location? Could this information be outdated, possibly due to Covid or recent regulations?
