Hello, Can I obtain a work visa with a lung scar? I have a recommendation letter from a doctor in my home country. Is this recommendation valid in Dubai?

Above person is free from active pulmonary lesions.Serial CXRs show persistent healed scar RUZ with no new activity noted.

She is recommended for for employment.

Is this recommendation valid in Dubai or not?

UAE doesn't give ANY weightage to ANY recommendation outside of UAE.  So forget about that.

Your recommendation letter from your home country's doctor is a positive indicator. However, I recommend contacting the UAE Embassy or Consulate for the latest visa requirements and consulting with your prospective employer for guidance.
