Was speaking to couple this week who were wrongly informed they could not have joint bank account unless they was married.
Well I have joint bank account (Hellenick) and we are not married.
Hopefully that helps somebody.

I have a joint bank and we are not married. We did need to get our mukhtar to sign a document to confirm we are Co habiting and for 5 years with evidence from the UK Council tax system.
