Hey Forum,
Ive been going to the gym for a couple of months now focusing on weight training, free weights mostly, doing cardio sometimes at the gym or jogging in the park seperately.
Im looking for a spotter so we can help each other with motivation, heavier weights (bench press, squats etc) to share tips on technique and excercises and also to get rid of some of the monotony of the gym.
So if you can fancy getting in shape and putting on some muscle let me know. i go to the gym 3 times a week for around 90 minutes of weight training.
